Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes ~ 4 Weeks for delivery.

PROCESSING TIMES & TRACKING

You will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your order # and purchase information when you place your order.

Your order will start processing for inventory, packaging and shipment as soon as possible and this usually takes 4-5 business days.

We will send you another Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is delivered. For the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Notification email, tracking details might not be available, because between package scans, several days can pass by.

Refund Policy

Overview

To begin initiating a return, please return your item to our address below within 60 calendar days of delivery and contact our customer service team at support@sprise.ltd to confirm the return.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order before it was shipped, please let us know via email at support@sprise.ltd. If your order was already in the process of fulfillment, you are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

Terms & Conditions:

We advise clients to read our Returns Policy carefully and to make sure that all products are suitable for return to prevent disappointment.

  • From the date you receive your order, you have 60 calendar days to start and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. All returns inside this timeframe that are not rendered will be denied.
  • We are supplying your initial payment form with a refund.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, products must be in their brand new, unused condition and original packaging.
  • Cancellations are processed within 14 days from the date of placing the order.
